The California Rural Indian Health Board and The Raven Collective invite you to attend From Community to Clinic: Uniting Culture, Innovation and Care to Reduce the Impact of HIV in Native Communities, taking place July 21–23, 2026 at the Tsakopoulos Library Galleria in Sacramento, California.

This three-day gathering will bring together Tribal leaders, clinicians, community health professionals, public health partners, and advocates from across Indian Country to strengthen Native-led responses to HIV and related syndemics.

The event is offered at no cost to participants, supported by the Minority HIV/AIDS Fund through the Indian Health Service HIV, HCV & STI Program. Because space is limited, early registration is encouraged. The first 100 people to register will be entered into a raffle.
