The Arizona Department of Health Services is excited to announce that registration for the 2024 Arizona Integrated HIV, STI, Hep C  Symposium is now open! The Symposium is in-person on April 16-18, 2024 in Mesa, AZ.  Please register at the link below. The link will redirect you to a Google form. If you have issues with using the google form, reach out to symposium@azdhs.gov and we can assist. 

Registration will close on April 5, 2024, although it may close sooner, if capacity is reached. If you are requesting travel assistance or an exhibitor table, please register by March 15, 2024.  Please don’t hesitate to contact symposium@azdhs.gov with any questions.
